Ingredients

  • 5 Cups milk, full cream
  • 1/4 cupOrganic Tattva rice (washed and soaked for 20 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup Organic Tattva sugar
  • 10-12 Organic Tattva raisins
  • 4 Green cardamoms
  • 10-12 almonds (shredded), blanched

Recipes

Boil the rice and milk in a deep pan.

Simmer over a low flame.

Stir occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick.

When done add sugar/jaggery, raisins and cardamoms.

Stir well till sugar/jaggery dissolves completely.

Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with almonds.

Serve hot or chilled.
